AGE IS JUST A NUMBER . . . True or Not?

It is without saying that in age we get better and wiser, but it is also a scientific fact that when a person ages the body ages as well. What we do when we were younger may not have the same outcome when we get older. Lets face it, as we grow stronger in wisdom our bodies are not as strong as we once were when we were younger. Physical endurance, body recovery and our body’s capability to fend off infections become more fragile as the years past by. Performing physical activities will pose different challenges and adjustments depending on our capabilities.

    Man- AdultTypically aged 18 to late 30’s. During this period a man’s body has fully grown and the sex organs are fully developed. Though the man’s testosterone level is typically maintained, it is said that its levels slowly declines as men age. It is also said that age also affects a man’s capacity to get an erection and ejaculation. Of course, bodily functions are still the same but not as strong as their teenage years. Endurance also plays a factor, that is why men who workout or lift weights more can perform better because their bodies are trained to endure longer strenuous activities. By training their bodies they can sort of cheat their bodies into thinking that it is still younger than its actual age.

 

  • Older Adults
    Man- SeniorThose male aged 40 and above experience certain changes in their sex drive, and becomes noticeable. Erections and ejaculations take longer than usual. Some may experience reduced blood flow in the penis which makes the penis not as firm as before. Sexual urges are reduced and the size of the penis changes. Another thing is also the body is weaker making bed activities shorter and not as strenuous.

 

Though age can mean changes in a man’s sexual activities it doesn’t mean he shouldn’t enjoy it. There are many means to spice up bedroom activities and there are ways to enhance performance.
